Ben Florsheim

Ben Florsheim began his real estate career as an intern with a new home-builder learning construction, purchasing and construction management from the ground up. During the end of the market shift in 2009 and 2010 he assisted the builder in purchasing distressed property. Accomplishing all this while earning his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Nevada Reno and obtaining his real estate license in Nevada. Over the past five years Ben has sold over 100 new homes in four projects. During the process he assisted in the purchase, rehab, rental and sales for a partnership in the greater Reno market. In 2016 he also obtained his Nevada Broker’s license and California Salesperson license. When Ben isn’t working you can find him, skiing, traveling, or checking out a new restaurant. Ben loves to spend time with his family in Lake Tahoe in the summers and go boating. He is also heavily involved in the local community, speaking at High schools, middle schools, and UNR about drug and alcohol addiction.
